Before getting started, please review our minimum required qualifications for Drive® Insurance appointments.

  • Must have a retail or commercial office location.
  • To date, you must be in business for at least one year with your own agency (not a producer for another agency).

After initial review, if we decide you may be a good fit for a Drive Insurance appointment, we will contact you via DocuSign to attach company-produced production and loss reports within the last 180 days from a minimum of two auto carriers. These forms must be on carrier letterhead or printed from their website.
